Artist Statement

Justin began tattooing in 1999 in Reading, PA under mentor,Joe Johns of Wizard World. He and Joe are the co-producers of Pagoda City Tattoo Fest, an annual tattoo convention in Pennsylvania.

He has traveled extensively around the U.S. and the world, participating in conventions and guest spots. Justin is now taking appointments at Good Luck Tattoo NYC in Greenpoint, Brooklyn & Kings Ave Tattoo in Downtown Manhattan. With an interest in the many different styles of tattooing, Justin's tattoo portfolio displays his artistic range, with a traditional base and strong illustrative look.

PAGODA CITY TATTOO FEST is the collaborative effort of Justin Weatherholtz and Joe Johns. Pagoda City brings some of the top artists in the world to the east coast for the 3 days.  It is held annually the first weekend of August and is located just outside of Philadelphia in Reading, PA.
